RD-METAL UNICOAT
It is a single-component and water-based product. As a highly effective anti-corrosion coating for moderate conditions (C2 and C3 environments specified within the BS EN ISO 12944-2 (1) standard), RD-METAL UNICOAT is an effective solution for the renovation of exterior cladding, metallic objects, and structures. It forms a flexible and durable topcoat resistant to UV rays and weather conditions. It has a very low VOC level.
It does not require the use of a primer. Furthermore, there is no need for grit blasting for surface preparation; removing loose corrosion is sufficient. Its easy and simple application makes it a cost-effective solution for the renovation of warehouses and production facilities.
In the case of projects in heavy industrial conditions, RD-Metal Unicoat can always be combined with RD-Monoguard or RD-Elastometal to provide extra resistance against corrosion.
Color options in RAL and NCS codes are available, and it can be applied as a satin finish. The effectiveness of RD-Metal Unicoat is best seen when used as general maintenance paint.
