Multiprim

It is a single-component, water-based universal bonding primer. It has a very low VOC level. It provides excellent adhesion on various surfaces such as galvanized steel, aluminum, zinc, glass, rigid PVC, and PVDF-coated panels. It is a great primer for general use on smooth and unpainted surfaces.

RD-Multiprim is a simple solution for maintenance and renovation. It can be applied by spray, roller, or brush and dries quickly. It is a user-friendly product due to its safe transport, safe storage, and ease of use features. Thousands of color options, including RAL and NCS, are available.

Monoguard

RD-MONOGUARD

It is a water-based product that provides corrosion resistance with outstanding performance on metallic surfaces. Formulated with new generation acrylic resin, it is specially produced against the harsh effects of heavy industrial and marine conditions (C5i and C5M categories specified in BS EN ISO 12944-2 (1) standards). It is a high-efficiency anti-corrosion coating. It does not require a primer. While providing very strong adhesion to metallic surfaces, it also helps save time by drying extremely fast.

Its VOC level is very low (45g/l). It provides a long service life. It achieves long-term protection against corrosion at thinner thicknesses compared to older systems. A layer of 200 μm will prevent the development of corrosion on steel exposed to heavy industrial and marine conditions. Grit blasting is not required for surface preparation. Removing the loose corrosion layer will be sufficient. It dries and becomes ready within 1 or 2 hours after application. Due to these features, RD-MONOGUARD significantly reduces project costs.

In RAL and NCS color standards: satin or semi-gloss

When clear is preferred: matte, satin, or semi-matte applications are available.

Its areas of use are quite extensive;

  • Steel structures; bridges, overpasses, pipelines, towers, pipe carrier systems, water reservoirs; silos, oil and water tanks.
  • Metallic Objects; stair railings, fences, handrails, shelves, and doors.
  • Equipment; cranes, trailers, containers, machinery, and parts.

Metal unicoat

RD-METAL UNICOAT

It is a single-component and water-based product. As a highly effective anti-corrosion coating for moderate conditions (C2 and C3 environments specified within the BS EN ISO 12944-2 (1) standard), RD-METAL UNICOAT is an effective solution for the renovation of exterior cladding, metallic objects, and structures. It forms a flexible and durable topcoat resistant to UV rays and weather conditions. It has a very low VOC level.

It does not require the use of a primer. Furthermore, there is no need for grit blasting for surface preparation; removing loose corrosion is sufficient. Its easy and simple application makes it a cost-effective solution for the renovation of warehouses and production facilities.

In the case of projects in heavy industrial conditions, RD-Metal Unicoat can always be combined with RD-Monoguard or RD-Elastometal to provide extra resistance against corrosion.

Color options in RAL and NCS codes are available, and it can be applied as a satin finish. The effectiveness of RD-Metal Unicoat is best seen when used as general maintenance paint.

Hydrograff

RD-Hydrograff HP

It is a two-component and water-based product. It is applied as a UV-resistant polyurethane coating. It forms a very hard and wear-resistant layer that provides resistance against solvents. It is the highly recommended topcoat for floors exposed to heavy wear, concrete, wood, metal, and non-ferrous metals.

It can be applied to walls as an anti-graffiti coating, creating an easily cleanable surface. RD-Hydrograff HP has very low VOC levels and emits almost no odor during application. It is used in service sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals, restaurants, hotels, shops, etc. Its easily washable, hard yet flexible layer is resistant to abrasion, wear, and repeated cleaning.

RD-Hydrograff HP can be used for both interior and exterior applications, as well as a topcoat in combination with any other RD Coatings product. Application options are available as transparent or colored, matte, or high-gloss.

It is a proven technology for the renovation of corroded steel structures, roofs, bridges, water tanks, etc. It provides very durable protection in harsh conditions. Single-component and water-based, RD-ELASTOMETAL can be applied directly over rust. It does not require a primer and there is no need for grit blasting for surface preparation (St2 or Sa2.5).
