HELIX Ecological Surface Cleaning System
HELIX Ecological Surface Cleaning System
The HELIX System is very effective for cleaning precious films and surfaces, especially constructions with historical value. The versatility of the system decreases the time needed and material consumption. Also, this property makes the system stronger for cleaning work in places with thick-coated deposits.
HELIX is a special system that provides the opportunity to clean more sensitive surfaces by combining centrifugal current and venturi effects.
Thanks to the combination of a hood formed by exclusive wear-resistant steel, a device generating spiral movements within the protective structure, and a specially shaped nozzle for the aggregate/water mixture, the Venturi effect can be applied. While the equal distribution of the mixture calibrated according to the unit area of the surface is conserved, it offers a wide tangential contact surface.
With the HELIX System:
- The distance between the working surface and the operator is increased.
- Dust spread is reduced in an equal and effective way.
- There is no need for the operator to overlap passes, which prevents the loss of required protective films.
- Compared to traditional systems, HELIX provides a more homogeneous distribution of the mixture sprayed on the unit surface and a wider tangential contact surface.
